Orange Cookies Recipe from Avocado
This is a delicious and simple recipe to make as a family this Christmas!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 50ml of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
- 1/2 orange zest
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered yeast
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients, except for the orange zest.
Mix everything very well and then scrape 1/2 orange in the previous preparation. Involve well.
With the help of an ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, make small balls and place them on an oven tray, lined with parchment paper.
With the help of a fork, flatten the balls.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
