How do I create an account on the Benamôr website?
- Nothing easier than creating an account on our website! You just have to click on the second icon at the top right of the home page, then on “create an account”, fill in your personal details and click on “create” to finish the process. Welcome in the Benamôr family!
How can I change my account details?
To modify your account information, click on the second icon in the top right-hand corner of the Benamôr homepage (login area) and then on "view addresses". Here, you can enter your adresses and your recurring address to be used by default for your orders. You can also change your telephone contact, address and add your VAT number in the "Company" field.
How do I change my log in address email?
- Unfortunately, customers don’t have the possibility to modify this kind of informations directly on our website. However, if you just send an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com explaining the situation, the Benamôr team will make the change for you.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
- Relax! You will be able to reset your password by clicking on “forgot your password?” on the log in page of our website. All you have to do is fill in your email address and go check your inbox afterwards.
How to subscribe or unsubscribe to the Benamôr’s newsletter?

How do I log out?
- In order to log out, you need to click on the second icon at the top right of Benamôr home page and on “log out”. Logging out of your account means that you will have to log in next time that you want to place an order on benamor1925.com.
My Order
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
- Easy! Once the payment of your order is confirmed, you will receive by email a confirmation of your order with all the details.
How can I change my account details?
To modify your account informations, you need to click on the second icon at the top right of Benamôr home page and then on “view adresses”.
How to modify or cancel my order?
- Please send us an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com and our staff will be happy to help you change or cancel your order.
My order is confirmed, can I modify the shipping adress?
- Customers don’t have the possibility to modify their shipping address once the order is confirmed.
However, our team can do it for you! You just have to send an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com explaining the situation and we will make the change as soon as possible.
How to proceed if the order received is different from the one I ordered?
- If the order you received does not match with what you ordered online, please write at lojaonline@benamor1925.com in order for us to evaluate the issue and solve it as quickly as possible. Please provide us a clear explanation and pictures of the package upon reception.
How to proceed if i need an invouce with tax number?
- Before finalizing your order, go to "view addresses", and under "Company" enter your VAT number. Then make sure that the address you are using for your order is the one that contains the NIF information you just added.
- Send us an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com indicating that you need an invoice with a tax number, and that you have included it in your order, so that we can keep track of it and check that it has been issued with your number.
The Company
Do Benamôr test on animals?
- The well being of animal is crucial for us, this is why none of our products are related with animals. However, they are still dermatologically tested to provide our customers safe and cruelty-free products.
What are Benamôr actions to protect our planet?
The sustainability of our planet is one of Benamôr's biggest concerns. To do this, the company prioritizes sustainable materials in its packaging: 80% comes from highly recyclable sources such as aluminium, glass and cardboard. We also use ingredients of national origin in our botanical recipes, which reduces our environmental impact, and we were the first brand in Portugal to introduce the in-store packaging refill system in 2019. Benamôr also collaborate with Sociedade Ponto Verde to teach our customers the correct way to recycle our products.
Is Benamôr vegan?
- We are proud to say that most of Benamôr’s products are vegan. However, we do have some products that contain beeswax or egg extract. We are also trying to reduce the use of animal-derived ingredients such as in our Laranjinha collection in which beeswax was removed and replaced by vegetable waxes.
Do Benamôr products contains parabens?
- The brand Benamôr do not use any kind of parabens in their products. They are also produced without any mineral oil or petroleum derivatives and their freshness is guaranteed using as few preservatives as possible.
Payments
Can I pay safely on the benamor1925.com website?
- No worries! Benamôr strive to the security of our customers’ financial details. Our website provide a secure payment tool complying with the various banking regulations. In other words, you are completely safe by ordering on benamor1925.com.
What payment methods are accepted online and in Benamôr stores?
- On benamor1925.com, we accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal, Multibanco and also MB Way. For the physical stores, we accept credit cards and cash.
How do I use my coupon or my discount code?
- The coupons or discount code can be used online on the bottom page of your shopping cart.
All you have to do is fill in the code and click on “add code”.
In our physical stores, you can use the coupon at the time of payment by giving the code to the sales assistant.
Please be aware of the terms and conditions of your code before using it. Indeed, some special offers are made to use only online or only in our physical stores.
Where can I find my receipt?
- Please sent an email to the customer support lojaonline@benamor1925.com and they will send you the receipt by email.
Returns and Delivery
How can I return or exchange a product?
- The client has 14 days after receiving the order, to exercise his/her right of free termination, being eligible to receive a full reimbursement, equivalent to the total amount paid for the products, under the legally provided terms.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We also advise the client to take and send photographs of the respective product and its package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In this case, the products must be returned or delivered by the client, without any unjustified delay and within a maximum period of 10 days counting from the date the client informs Benamôr about the intent to return. The client must bear all direct costs associated with the return of the products.
Only the product price will be credited. The client is completely responsible for all shipment fees. If any of the products is returned with apparent damages or if the return package is lost, we reserve the right to charge the client for the respective devolution or to not reimburse any amount.
Any reimbursement, when due, will be made by the same payment method used for placing the order.
Can I return or exchange a product in a Benamôr store?
- You can return your items as long as they show no signs of having been opened/used. Send us an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com and we will follow up your request for a refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Online exchanges are not possible - you can return the item and buy a new one.
I returned a product, when will I be refunded?
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For payments made via MB or MBway, the customer will need to provide an IBAN so that we can transfer the amount to be refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
How to track a package?
- After your purchase, you will receive an email containing all the details of your delivery as well as your respective tracking number as soon as the order is expedited so that you can verify the progress of your package directly on the carrier’s website.
The track & trace website for your reference is: https://tracking.dpd.pt/en/getting-parcel/track-trace - you can insert your tracking number and then have acess to your order status.
What are the costs and shipping time?
- Our Website provides estimated delivery time details, according to the estimated shipment and expedition times, which depend on the transporter and destination of the order and may vary in high traffic seasons.
Benamôr only expedites products on business days. That being stated, we will not count weekends or public holidays while providing the estimated delivery date.
If your payment method of choice happens to be ATM (“Multibanco Reference”, available only in Portugal), your order will be expedited as soon as we receive the corresponding payment. If you’re living in a country outside of the Eurpean Union, your parcel zill need to go through customs.
We kindly ask you to bare in mind that customs may retain the parcel up to 2 weeks.
Our delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We kindly ask you to verify the value of our tariffs on the checkout page. We guarantee the shipment of your order until it arrives at the respective destination country, whilst exempting ourselves of any responsibility regarding eventual customs fees and product entry restrictions in force on some destinations.
The client has to contact local import authorities in order to verify the necessary additional procedures.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded and I have no news of my package. What should I do?
- In case the order does not reach the Client within the indicated delivery dates, the Client can file a complaint by email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com, which Sociedade de Perfumarias Nally, Lda will follow, in compliance with the necessary inquiry procedures.
After the conclusion of the process, the Client will be notified about the product’s destination, eventual reshipment or reimbursement of the amount paid for the order.
Are international deliveries subject to tax?
- All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties.
For delivery in any non-EU (European Union) country, we highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. If there are additional charges to be made, the carrier will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
In case you refuse to pay tax & duties applied to your order, the carrier will attempt to return your order to Benamôr 1925. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
For UK orders, please make sure you have a valid VAT number: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs.
How to benefit from the free shipping?
- You can benefit from the free shipping when ordering on our website if the amount of your order is over 40 euros and the shipping is in the EU zone.
For orders below these amounts, delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
We kindly ask you to verify the value of our tariffs on the checkout page.
I was not at home for the delivery, where is my package?
- DPD makes two delivery attempts, after that they will hold the package in its warehouse for 7 days while it waits for us to contact them. At the end of these days, if DPD has not received any information from Sociedade de Perfumarias Nally, Lda, the package will be returned to our premises.
If you do not receive your product, we advise you to send us an email to lojaonline@benamor1925.com as soon as possible so that we can inform DPD.
How to proceed if my products are damaged?
- In case anything goes wrong with the shipment process, Sociedade de Perfumarias Nally, Lda shall not be considered responsible, as the transporter is deemed liable for any damages, under any circumstance.It is recommended for the Client to verify the order’s condition before signing the transporter’s delivery receipt.Nonetheless, in case you confirm that your order is incomplete or if you find any damaged products, we suggest that you contact our store immediately, through the email address lojaonline@benamor1925.com.
